NON-IT Recruiter

Job description:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates, Only Sales Profile

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.

  • Administer assessments, tests, and other evaluation tools as needed to assess candidate suitability.

  • Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.

  • Assist in the selection process, including checking references, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.

  • Employee Engagement

  • Insuring In-house recruitment and client recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month + Incentive

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Experience:0-1 years(Recruiting: Internship experienced Candidates are preferred,working experience in Recruitment consultancy)
