Job description:
Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates, Only Sales Profile
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.
Administer assessments, tests, and other evaluation tools as needed to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
Assist in the selection process, including checking references, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.

Insuring In-house recruitment and client recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
