At WebArt Technology, we understand that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel their projects or services. We have devised a cancellation policy to define the situations, under which cancellations can be made, the procedure for canceling a project or service, and the responsibilities of both WebArt Technology and the client in such circumstances. By registering for any of our services, you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the cancellation policy.
If a client wishes to cancel a project before it has been initiated or before the initial design style has been sent, they may do so by notifying us in writing or via email. In such cases, a full refund will be provided within 7 days of the cancellation request.
If a client decides to cancel a project after it has been initiated and the initial design style has been sent, the refund will be provided based on the proportion of work completed. The refund amount will be determined by WebArt Technology and will be communicated to the client within a reasonable timeframe.
If a client wishes to cancel digital marketing or SEO services, they may do so by notifying us in writing or via email. The refund will be provided based on the proportion of work completed up to the cancellation date. Please note that due to the manpower expenses involved in conducting SEO campaigns, only a partial refund will be provided.
In the case of combo projects that include multiple services, if a client decides to cancel one aspect of the contract while the other aspect has already been started, a partial refund will be provided for the canceled service. The refund amount will be determined by WebArt Technology and will be communicated to the client within a reasonable timeframe.
Payments made for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. If a client cancels their hosting account before the plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the unused months. However, if the client received free products or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Not Applicable
Refunds are not applicable for domain registration and SSL fees as these services are purchased from third parties and the ownership is transferred to the client’s account.
If a project or service delay is caused by the client’s failure to respond in a timely manner or provide necessary information, a refund will not be processed.
Once a website or project has been completed and uploaded to the server, no refunds will be issued.
If a client fails to submit specific answers to the project questionnaire within the designated time and requests a refund after 7 days, they will not be eligible for any refund.
If a client is not satisfied with the project’s progress and wishes to claim a refund, they must notify us within 10 days of project completion. Any refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
Processing of Refunds
Any refunds, whether partial or full, will be processed and mailed within a reasonable timeframe from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment agreed upon at the beginning of the project, such as a refund by check or refund by credit card.
WebArt Technology reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of WebArt Technology’s services after any amendments implies acceptance of the updated policy.
